WHAT: FREE Trial Yoga Class With well-known local Yoga Instructor, Sarah Walendy

WHEN: Tuesday, May 1st from 6:30- 7:30pm

 Bring your own mat and non-members are welcome.

 If this class is well attended, we will most likely put it on the schedule for May. PLEASE COME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED!!!!

Warm Up:

2 minutes of jogging or airdyne
hip mobility work

Strength:
Back Squat 3×5 (use the same weight for all sets)

Conditioning:
Rowing Test

Row 500m at max effort
rest 2 minutes
Row 250m at same pace as above
rest 2 minutes
Row 100m at same pace

STRETCH!!
Achilles 2 min per side
Hamstrings 2min per side
Quads 2min per side
