75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Continuous work for 15 minutes
run 1 lap
2 box jumps(24/20)
3 pull ups
4 toes to bar
5 burpees
6 KB swings(35/24)

spend 10 minutes foam rolling
spend the rest of your time stretching with focus on YOUR problem areas. Remember, you need at least 2 minutes to facilitate change.
