**THIS IS OUR BI-ANNUAL TEST WEEK. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU RECORD THE LOADS, REPS, TIMES, DISTANCES, ETC. THAT YOU ACCOMPLISH IN THIS WEEK. WE WILL USE ALL OF THIS DATA FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF THE YEAR TO BASE OUR PERCENTAGES, SCALING, AND MODIFICATIONS. IT WILL ALSO HELP US TRACK OUR PROGRESS AS WE MOVE FORWARD.

A) IN 60 Minutes, Warm-up and find:
1 Rep Max Back Squat
1 Rep Max Deadlift
1 Rep Max Strict Press

1 Rep Max Bench Press
