Congratulations to the whole CrossFit GP family for making health and fitness a priority in your lives. During this time of year we are inundated with messages trying to convince us that there are short cuts to achieve fitness. Resist all the temptation to feel inadequate and instead take a moment to reflect on your accomplishments over the past year. If you have a WOD Book or workout journal, flip through the pages and remind yourself of your achievements. Do not discount the effort required to sign up, show up, and follow through.
