Skill: Burgener WU with weighted bar

WOD: Death by OHS

first minute do 1 rep,  2nd min. do 2 reps, 3rd min. do 3 reps, etc…..until you can’t fit any more reps in the minute or you can’t start the next round on the minute.  weight used should be appr. 60% of 1 rm.
