No Sat. 9am class.  Headed to medford at 12 for a WOD with Crossfit Allegiance, I believe it to be at 2pm.  Double check with the Dunkins.

Skill: Split Jerk work for about 10 minutes.  focus on form.

WOD:  300 squats for time

whenever you need to stop (take a break) perform 15 dips, then get back to squatting.

for those who have been here 3 months or less, reduce to 5 dips per break.
