work on one of the following gymnastic skills for 10-15 minutes: hspu, pull ups, muscle ups or ring dips.
WOD:
every 30 sec. for 10 minutes perfrom 1 very heavy squat clean( if you can’t go when you’re supposed to: on the minute or at :30, then skip that rep and wait for the next one
