No 5:30pm class tonight!! come play volleyball!! The Hodapps suggested wearing socks incase the sand is hot.

Warm up:

row 500m or run 400m

Russian Gym. WY day 2

WOD:

death by  push ups!  minute 1, 1 squat, minute 2, 2 squats, and so on

THEN

death by sit ups

THEN

death by squats

THEN

done!

if some one makes it to 40 + push ups and has to cut it short, ok.  Focus on form and excellent range of motion.

For an extra challenge, put on a weight vest, or hold a plate.
