WOD:
Deadlift 5 rm ( push it!)
Then drop weight to 50% of  5rm and for time
5 rds
3 deadlift
5 box jumps

you have 2 options on the box jumps: either step down from the top, or if you are going to “punch off”- punch off from the bottom and take your pause at the top of the box only.  be on the ground as little time as possible.

If you came to the oly clinic last month that was part one.  We will be repeating that and you will not need to attend it again.  Hopefully everyone who wanted to come and couldn’t will be able to attend part one.  Whoever has had part one can come to part two.  Both will be about 2 hours long.
