In this complex, do 1 Clean from the hip, then 1 Clean from the ground, then 1 Jerk. Rest 1 minute between sets. Add weight as long as form stays tight.

Conditioning
Run 1 mile…
Head left out of the gym down “N” until it turns into Agness. Keep going to the storage units just before “F”. Turn around a come home.
