B.  Back Squat:

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

C.  Four sets of:
Hang Power Snatch x 3-4 reps
Rest 2 minutes

D.  Front Squat:
5 reps @ 60%
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 70%
5 reps @ 70%
Rest 2 minutes between sets
