WOD:   “Isabel”

30 power snatches for time 135#/ 95#

Scaling option: adjust weight so that it is hard, but doable.

I realize that the snatch is a difficult movement.  So, I am offering another option.  If you choose the other option though, I would like for you to practice a light snatch either before or after.

Alternate wod:  30 ohs for time, same weight rx’d.

Scale to other weight as needed.  It needs to be heavy, but doable.
