Coach’s Choice

WOD (Both Classes)

“Barbara” (40 minute time cap)

5 Rounds for total time:

20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats
Rest 3 minutes between each round

3 minute rest is mandatory.

There are two scaling options for this WOD to come in under the 40 minute time cap:
1) Complete as much as possible in 40 minutes
2) Scale to 3 rounds
Decide which you will do BEFORE you begin the WOD and let your coach know.
If you’re not sure which option to choose, discuss it with your coach.
