Down and back run
10 slow Hollow Rocks
Burpee Broad jump length of gym
10 Air squats
Spiderman lunge length of gym
10 Pushups
Toy Soldier length of gym
10 Pullups

WOD (Both Classes. Scale as necessary)

5 Rounds of 2 minutes per Round
In 2 Minutes, complete the following:
5 Wall Climbs
10 Burpees
10 Jumping Squats
10 Clapping Pushups
200m run
Rest 5 minutes between rounds
If you cannot complete this in 2 minutes, scale to the following:
3 Wall Climbs
5 Burpees
5 Jumping Squats
5 Clapping Pushups
100m Run
