WOD: Caveman Run

4 rounds of:

Run from gym, turn right out the door and run to caveman and back (around 720 meters).

Each athlete gets 90 seconds in between rounds.  Each person will be responsible for keeping track of their own time.  When you get back to the gym after each run, look at time and start next run 90 seconds later.  Total time is the time it takes to do 4 rounds minus 4.5 minutes.
