Saturday 2/7

In teams of 2-5, complete 3 sets each of:
30 Calorie Row
30 Burpees
30 Sit-Ups
30 Wall Ball Shots
Teams get one erg and one Wall Ball. Teams establish an order and line up behind their erg, maintaining that order for the workout. Athletes may not move to the next station until the athlete in front of them has finished their reps.

Thursday 2/5

Twelve sets of:
2 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (50% of 1RM conventional DL)
Rest 1min b/t sets

B. Three sets for Max QUALITY reps of:
60 seconds Single Leg BB Romanian Deadlifts
60 seconds BB Rollouts
60 seconds Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
60 seconds Double-Unders
Rest 3 minutes

Wednesday 2/4

“The Chief”
Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
135/95 lbs Power Cleans x 3 reps
Push-Ups x 6 reps
Air Squats x 9 reps
Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off when the last ended.
