Hip hip ole potluck Kids Fitness at CrossFit GP!

Warm-up:

Run 300m

ROM Drills

Hip Impingement Mobility 2 Min each side

Hamstring Mobility 2 min each side

Strength:

Deadlift: 3×5 lite sets, then one heavy set of 5 reps

Conditioning:

Each Minute on the Minute for 10 minuntes

Sprint 100m

Stretch:

1 min Smash Hip Flexor Wod each side

1 min Smash VMO/ Quad each side

2min Hip extension

2min Couch/ Death stretch

    Enjoyed working out with the 6AM’ers!

    185# and fun times sprinting.

    Nice job to Amy who did 5 DL’s at just 10lbs less than she did 1 rep at last week!

    Fun time sprinting christie, , dang, , running with kurt, sean, christie and ian made me feel like a tortise today, , , :)

    OK, it really was a fun combo, , DL with sprints,

    And that 6am gang constantly makes me desire to push myself harder, thanks ya’ll!

    Workout with Crossfilt Salem tonight! So So much fun! WOD: 3,3,3 shoulder press (75#) 2,2,2 Push press (105) Push Jerk (125)
    then… 800m run, 75 wallballs (75#), 800m run, 3:00 minute plank hold. 17:31 i think. Ill be spending a bit of time there over the next few weeks, great people so far ;-)
