Stretch:
1 min Smash Hip Flexor Wod each side
1 min Smash VMO/ Quad each side
2min Hip extension
2min Couch/ Death stretch

then… 800m run, 75 wallballs (75#), 800m run, 3:00 minute plank hold. 17:31 i think. Ill be spending a bit of time there over the next few weeks, great people so far
