Bring your own mat and non-members are welcome.

Warm Up:
2 minutes of jogging or airdyne
hip mobility work
Strength:
Back Squat 3×5 (use the same weight for all sets)
Conditioning:
Rowing Test
Row 500m at max effort
rest 2 minutes
Row 250m at same pace as above
rest 2 minutes
Row 100m at same pace
STRETCH!!
Achilles 2 min per side
Hamstrings 2min per side
Quads 2min per side

Fun big class at 8:30 today with some new faces! I back squated 155 this morning for all three sets. ROW: 1:40
thats 8 seconds faster than last time! Thanks Becky for making us work on the rower the last few weeks! Fun today… Excited about tomorrow and the rest of the days spent Crossfitting with my some of my favorite people!!
My rowing time was faster, too, Anna – finally broke 2 minutes with a 1:50. And I was starving!
