STEP 1. FREE Consultation/Intro Workout.

Congratulations! You have decided that you are ready to get into the best shape of your life. Now it’s time to book your Consultation/Intro Workout. Just fill out the form to the left.

One of our professional coaches will contact you and schedule an appointment. This consultation is 60-90 minutes in duration and you can do it alone or bring a friend with you. During this intro we will introduce the CrossFit methodology and evaluate your current level of fitness. Additionally we will introduce you to our application of CrossFit training.

Step 2

STEP 2: Personal Training

After your Consultation, you will then enroll into our Foundations Program. This program is designed to instill competency in the numerous movements utilized in CrossFit training, teach proper eating habits, explain how to perform maintenance on your body so that you can continue training and ensure you are fit enough to safely join the group classes.

The Foundations Program consists of private sessions conducted with one of our professional coaches and at times an apprentice. You will become familiar with a wide variety of movements including olympic weightlifting, rowing, gymnastics, and kettle bells. During these sessions will we also teach you the importance of proper nutrition, mobility, and injury prevention.

We believe that this step is invaluable to your long term success in health and fitness. Beginning your journey at CrossFit GP with personal training will serve 3 purposes:

  1. It will give you individual attention with movements that are technical and require time and practice. We are not going to throw you into a class performing barbell snatches and handstand push-ups on your first day. We want to give you the confidence and tools to excel with all of the movements.
  2. It’s all about you! When you are first starting out, it is important that we learn if you have any limitations, weaknesses, or injuries. With personal training you can move at your own pace and set the table for long term success.
  3. We are community. During the personal training sessions we will have the opportunity to get to know YOU. Your goals, your ambitions, your obstacles and challenges. This will allow us to better serve you and help you achieve your mission.


  • 5x 1 on 1 Foundations Sessions- $200
  • 5x 2 on 1 Foundations Sessions- $350 ($175/person)
  • Additional 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions – $50 per Hour/Session
  • Additional 2 on 1 Personal Training Sessions – $80 per Hour/Session ($40/person)

**If you already have experience with CrossFit and/or you have trained at a collegiate/professional level, we will conduct a session to take you through a myriad of movements we utilize in our training. Upon completion, a determination will be made by your coach as to whether any additional sessions are necessary. If it is determined an athlete is prepared to enter into Group Classes, then we will allow you to hit the ground running. Our main priority and goal is your success and safety in our program

Step 3

STEP 3: Group Classes

Once you have demonstrated competency in the CrossFit movements, you then may move on to our group classes.

In our group classes the focus will be on training to the margins and increasing your work capacity. The pace will be fast but you will be prepared after completing your Fundamentals Program. In your class you will be surrounded by other like minded individuals that are seeking the most effective training in the world. Our Coaches are World Class and they will lead you to a level of fitness greater than you can imagine!

Step 4

STEP 4: Refresher One-on-One Sessions

Every six months, you will meet with your personal coach for a one-on-one session, where you will work on your weaknesses, or on technical movements you want more help with.

Our minimum requirement for refresher sessions is twice per year; however, you can meet with your coach more often for one-on-one coaching if you want additional help with strength training, gymnastics, mobility or nutrition consultations.


If you’re visiting from out of town and you’ve got more than 6 months of membership at a CrossFit affilite go to our schedule page and click on the class you would like to attend. You will be prompted to register and pay the $15 drop-in fee. You can also just purchase a CFGP t-shirt for $20 and we’ll throw in the workout. If you elect to buy a t-shirt please bring $20 in exact change or a check.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that started with military officers, police officers and firefighters where true fitness was essential for survival. It quickly transcended into the primary workout program for martial artists and elite athletes worldwide. The undeniable results achieved via CrossFit have created widespread growth beyond this population to the “average” consumer.

The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season. In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program. In a sentence, CrossFit is for everyone!
