great stuff going on in the gym this morning. Amy added 50 (yes fifty) american pounds to her 1RM deadlift. Amazing. Lots of heavy weight moving around with well executed mechanics.

Back squat today, , (my 1RM was Ian and Zachs warm up today, , seriously, , )
225(f), 225, 235, 245(f), so maybe I should have tried 237.5 or 240 rather than jumping to 245.
