WOD:
Deadlift 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

rest 5min

Bench Press: 8 sets of 2 reps, 45 sec rest between sets (use 60% of 1RM)

Challenge:
Max Double-unders in 2min (challenge to be done before max dl’s)

    katie when you don’t come, my breaks tend to take too long.
    did the opt wod.
    but the run out side was actually nice. i know i ran fast enough when my tummy gets upset.
    did my mobility work at home. felt good.

    Shoulder rehab warm up

    Challenge- 97 including 37 in a row which I think is a PR
    DL- 225-275-325(fx2)-305
    BP-125 8×2 felt good

    Shoulder feeling good after 2 days of pressing. We’ll see…

    glad you’re feeling good becky. marcus, nice on the d’urs.

    i thought the challenge was a minute and i did 48. then dave helped me realize it was 2min. so i did it over again and not so well (60).

    DL-115, 125, 135, 145, 150F! HELP. I hate DL’s, it’s official.
    BP- 65 8×2 could’ve done more weight fo sho.

    Good work LINDA! 5# PR on her DL:)

    OPT this morning. shoulder pressed up to 175, then 3 sets of 15 unbroken chest to bar pull-up’s. The 1k run was no fun, but felt fast. mobility work felt very good.

    Thank you everyone for all your support. It feels good to be so loved and I am sure Zane feels the same way. Everything is going well for us as we are just trying to get into the swing of diapers and feedings and such.

    I snuck into the gym tonight for the WOD.

    Dl 205, 225, 235, 245(f), 245 (Corrie… I didn’t let the bar drop this time :-)
    BP- Started really light, ended at 85 I would love to see what my max would be!

    79 on the challenge- not that great my knee cap was sore everytime I jumped.

    DL- 275,285, 290f, 290f, 290F Didn’t feel it tonight.
    BP- Started with 120,120 135 135 135 145 145 155

    Great job coaching Chris, and everyone did great.

    146 DU challenge

    DL- 315/ 365/ 375/ 385 (F) Did not have the heavy lift today
    BP 145 for 4rds/ 155/ 165/ 175/ 175. Should probably do 175 the whole time next time.

    Marcus and I had the synchronized DU’s for a while. Listening to the ropes was mesmerizing, then we go off sync and I lost it. was fine for the rest.

    Re-attempted yesterdays max watt row challenge and pr’d with 784.
