WOD:
A. “Cindy” in 6min (5 pull-up’s, 10 push-up’s, 15 squats)

4min rest

B. Max reps Burpees in 1min

3min rest

C. 40 Toes to Bar in as few sets as possible

Challenge: 1 attempt at max watts on the rower

    AM crew rocked this morning. Great intensity and output from Marcus, Jesse, Ruth, and Crystal. The smile on Chris’ onlooking face said it all.
    For me:
    Challenge- 688 watts
    WOD- 7rds + 10 pushups/ 21 burpees/ 17-10-5-3-5 +2 extra to make up for missed reps. 6 total sets.
    Really wanted 8rds, but slowed down on push-ups. And no surprise that TTB got rough at the end.

    CONGRATS TO THE HILLS!

    Packed house this AM, made it a hoot!

    Challenge= 577 came off the seat, I think I could have done better.

    A. 5 rounds, push ups still challenging to my shoulder.
    B. 15 burpees, lost all speed on the push up
    C. 10 sets, I HATE TTB!

    452 watts on the row today.

    A. 4 rounds plus 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, and 4 squats
    B. 15 burpees
    C. 9 sets of knees to elbows instead

    Have I mentioned that I love CrossFit lately!
