Challenge: max jumping split squats in 30 sec.

    Good to see Marcus back. Great job- got me on the jumping lunges.

    I got 28 juming lunges.

    5 rounds + run in 20:05
    reps= 11-13-13-12-9=58

    so yeah first day back

    and a side ache from hell on the last round.
