6 rounds tonight! assisted push-ups on my knee’s. 27:41 Did the first 10 regular but decided I wanted to finish all 6 rounds so I went to my knee’s. Good workin out with Eric too, he killed the push-ups!
gotta love those push ups hahahaha I don’t know I think I did 39 min or so. I totally forgot the rest part in the beginning then after my second rnd of push ups I realized I was doing something wrong. Anyway thanks Dunks that was great you are awesome programers. HEHEHHE
