    Crossfit Total
    BS: 290/ 300/ 310 (PR) +15
    SS: 165/ 175/ 180 (PR) +5
    DL: 365/ 385/ 400 (PR) +15
    Total: 890 (PR) +35

    400 DL was a big goal for me. All lifts felt good today. On both BS and DL, had a little left, felt like I could have gone heavier. But very happy with the day.

    Kurt looked strong this morning as well. Good work.

    Challenge got 26 clapping pushups in 30 seconds.

    Crossfit Total
    BS- 230Pr I think- lost notes over a year out.
    SP- 130 Pr for sure- finally got off 125.
    DL- 285 15 less that PR- going backwards on this lift.

    On the shoulder press I think I figured it out. If I get my head under the bar as soon as possible I am able to get more power.

    Ryan Killed it today.

    just want to say first of all, thanks Becky for the great programming last month and I mean that with all my heart. i forgot to post all last week, but i really enjoyed all the wods and you forced me to work on a lot of my weaknesses and i really appreciated that. Thanks!

    Overall, felt good. Will feel GREAT when I can push pass some of these #’s! Joleen did SO great today! I love your attitude, woman!

    i tried to fit in 2 wod’s today. started off with the opt wod from yesterday since i didn’t get in. but didn’t want to rip my hands more. so did dead hang pu instead of c2b.
    then
    got up to 180 on the back squat, a pr for me.
    and stuck at 85 onthe sp.
    no time for the dl.

    Good to be back at it. Shoulder is feeling pretty good but I will continue to take it easy for at least another week.

    Challenge- I did GHD sit ups in 30s. Got 21

    CFT
    BS- 305
    SP- 115
    DL- 335
