Warm up: see board

WOD:  ”Chelsea”

Each minute on the minute for up to 30 minutes complete:

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 squats

Go for as long as you can.  Best score is whoever makes it closest to 30.  Post rounds to comments. Scaling option: type of pull ups, push ups.

If you finish and you stopped at a low minute mark, take a few minutes rest, then pick a lift that you feel you need work on and  practice it for the remainder of the class.

    Great job this morning Becky!
    7 rounds + 7 push ups for Cindy (15 min with ring rows, 36″ box push ups, squats). 9 days til the baby’s due date!

    24 rounds
    i do have one disclaimer: my push ups were to 90 degree elbow angle.
    but not chest to the floor.
    i stopped after round 24 b/c i cracked my hand and didn’t want to rip it further. but, i did have 20 seconds left in that minute. so, i didn’t go to failure. i was trying hard to catch kurt. great job kurt!

    Got the 30 and one more for good measure. Total mental test. This wod is right up my alley. Could have kept going. I wish they were all like that.

    15rds + 13 squats for me.
    Can not make it past the push-ups. They destroy me. kept a better pace than my last “Cindy” effort.
    Kurt killed it this morning, he maintained a 29-32 sec per round for the whole 30. Oh, and he got 2 full rounds in last minute. Excellent!!!

    Wow ! 450 squats! I think your legs might be a tad sore in a couple days. good job Kurt . Its a rest day for me, i am in fith week of a eight week weight lifting program
