Hello all. The Dunkins are in MD and we’ve been all but buried here at the Gilman house in Annapolis. Eight kids, four adults, two cats, and one dog and it’s 12:30pm and the driveway is still not cleared. My workout today will be task priority shoveling.

Dunkins- you should try snowboarding behind a car, just don’t pull out wide on the turns, the trees can get hard.

did a wod with my sister and brother-in-law this morn in their bedroom!
100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats. so “angie” minus the pull-ups. we warmed up with running 2 flights of stairs, 10 tuck jumps and 10 supermans 3x. pretty fun. times: cheryl– 18:11, scott–21:18, cor–16:17

wod for me was 850 pds. over head anyway and 500m row for 5 rds.
did c and j x 10 ea set. only last set was 8/2
row average was 2:16/ 500m
maybe i should’ve just the 1000 # anyway. but, oh well. my legs were toast from the ohs still.

Chose 5 x 10 100# Power Snatch. All were touch and go. Perhaps 8 reps of 125# would have been faster.
Row times ranged from 1:43-1:52.

Crossfit mom wod today looked good. Great effort from the Sat. Crew. If you have not made it yet on a Sat, it is a blast
