Warm up: see board

Skill: front squat 5×5

WOD:  double unders for one minute, 30 sec. rest x 10 rounds

score= total number of reps

scaling option: single unders, same time limit

    Front Squat: 95/ 135/ 165/ 185/ 195
    Double Unders: 673

    Last set of FS was heavy, but still felt good.
    Getting better at DU recovery, but still need 5-10 sec. breaks to catch my breadth in the middle of the set.

    Marcus- excellent work on the Front Squat. Great bowling score on the DU’s :)

    Kurt- Great to have you back. Way to keep up the jumps in the later sets

    Really wanted all 5 of the 205′s

    DU’s- 443
    High round=53
    Low Round=36

    After round 4 I realized if I just went for sets of 10 with 3-4s rest between I could be much more consistent.

    65,75,95,115,135 Couldn’t remember my max, then I found a note that I did 165. Oh well.

    DU’s 445 or 446, more than I thought I’d do. More of a timing problem than cardio, don’t get me wrong, I was gasping for air during the break. I really made sure I didn’t count any that ending in front of the feet.

    Ryan was on fire!

    went back n and tried it with single unders. did better. but now, my calves are tight. need to get on a roller….

    Did single under’s 1108! my legs are tight as well, but what an awesome workout! I loved it!
