    Great video! Nice work guys on the front squats. I think if I was able to do that workout I would have to add excessive grunting sounds to help get through it :)

    If not for Jon, I may have wimped out of the 200#. They felt very heavy. So thanks, and nice work.

    thanks ryan for a good work out.
    i was sore still from yesterday. but it felt good to loosen up some.
    used 1.5 pood
    and 20# db for thrusters. ( thanks for letting me use those anna)
