    Marcus and I still holding down the 6am fort. Great effort Mr. Allen. Push-ups destroy me on this workout. 1 rd a minute for the first 13, slowed down for the next 4 minutes, and then finished the last 3 rds in under 3. I am felling the results of lack of sleep and poor nutrition. Back on track now and ready to roll!

    Nice work guys! I just finished a a strenuous ankle workout. Oh yeah! Anyway I’m in this darn boot another month and feeling the aches and pains in every other part of my body. Working and doing everyday stuff leaves my body pretty wrecked. Working out right now seems like not a good idea. Last weeks working out/work caused some severe pain in my “normal” achilles tendon which caused some excessive worrying on my part. A buddy is picking me up today to do some driving around just to get out of the house which feels strangely exciting. Anyway thinking of you guys at 6am but not ready to do much yet myself.

    I think that is 1 shy of my all time best. Shoulders again just kind of quit working on the push ups.

    Its been fun programming. I can’t wait to see what Becky has in store for us!

    Cindy is so mine this summer when this little boy is out! For now the two of us did puppies version (12 min) with 6 rounds of ring rows and push ups on 24″ box.
    Good to work out with the ladies this morning!

    18 rounds plus 5 pu, and 6 push ups.

    i think this was pivotal in my getting over the shyness around the pull up bar.

    12 rnds plus 5 pu 7 push-ups. Not my best for cindy however I am really pleased with my push-ups. I did full range of motion on each. Those are soooo hard when you do them right. Chrisie I’m looking forward to many pic’s of your little one in Beaver gear. Love ya Katie
